I have to confess. I am a naughty nutritionist. I like chocolate. I love crisps and one of my favourite corporate wellness events I love to do is to show how to make a good cocktail. So, in summary, I am the nutritionist who is here on a mission to inspire you to achieve without limits.  

My approach is centered around solutions, not limitations. It’s about working within your busy day, with your desires, finding and supporting you to treat yourself with love and kindness from the inside out and from the outside in.  

Food is the only relationship you have from the day you are born until the day you die…. so you should make this relationship support you, uplift you, be enjoyable and also carry you to achieve all those things your ambitious self strives to do… So let’s get started. This is a partnership, supporting you to feel as amazing as you deserve to feel.

My Grandma always said “A stitch in time saves nine”, and your health is the same. With energy, confidence and vitality everything seems brighter 🙂

Health makes me stressed

Thoughts feed your outcome

Have you ever met that obsessidly healthy person? The one who can’t ever let something impure cross their lips?

If you have I invite a question in… Do you feel that person is stressed about perfect food choices?

If your answer. tothat is ‘no’, than I take my hat off to that person as that is fantastic. However the majoirty of the time it is accompanied by a silent killer. Stress kills more people every year than pizza!

I’m not saying that nutritious food is not important. HOwever what IS essential is knowing how to manage your thoughts, your stress AND your food. Life should be enjoyed. The magic cocktail of health is to think, feel AND do great things in balance. 

What you think influences your health

I once asked Bob Proctor, who before his passing was one as the fathers of the now widely known ‘Human Potential’ coaching model. He dedicated his life to sharing how people can manifest their dreams into reality. I once asked him “What is your opinion about the importance of healthy eating”? 

His answer was perfectly true. As a nutritionist I was trained to  believe that food is number one. However I have to agree with what Bob said to me; “I know plenty of people who died a long time ago and these people killed themselves quickly through the stress they created in their mind about healthy eating”.

That is why in order to truly step into health and vitality, it is essential to also step into effective stress management.

Get perspective; make room

“If you don’t make room for change nothing will change” This is what Bob often said.

My mentor from 2020-2021 was Bob Proctor.  He introduced ‘The Law of Attraction’ and Human development to the world stage.

I had the grace to learn about mindset from the best in the world.

Clothes are just a reflection of greater goals. If you want to explore your “human Potential”, life can become truly colourful.
